This week’s schedule: Monday—Late Start B day Tuesday—A day Wednesday—B day Thursday—A day Friday—No School for students, Staff In-Service Day U.S. History= Your Chapter 5 & 6 Study Guide, linked  here , is due this week! This is due on 10/29 for A day classes & 10/30 for B day classes. Your comp books will be due that day & there will be a Quest (longer than a Quiz, but shorter than a Test) in class on 10/29 & 10/30. Your first project was introduced in class on 10/17 & 10/18. It is a group project and it is very important; it is worth 10% of your semester grade! Here is the  Tribal Expert Group assignment sheet  for that task. It is to be completed on Google slides & shared with me. This week’s schedule: Monday—Late Start B day Tuesday—A day ( Peer Court after school ) Wednesday—B day ( NMUSD College & Career Night at the Fairgrounds )  Thursday—A day Friday—B day U.S. History= Be sure that you start reading Chapter 5 at home on your own (the introduction to the chapter is on page 98). Your first project will be introduced in class this week. This is very important; it is worth 10% of your semester grade! Comp books will be passed back later this week as well as a new study guide. U.S. History=   Be reading your textbook pages 46-89 at home because you are accountable for what is in the textbook in addition to what we cover in class (they parallel each other). You have a test coming up quick; don’t fall behind on your reading & the study guide! The Study Guide covering Westward Expansion, the Civil War, & Reconstruction (to be completed in your comp book... link to a copy here ) and several other items (including the Civil War Map  linked here ) are due on your test day...(Odd periods are due 10/11 & even periods are due on 10/14).
