This week's schedule: Monday – Memorial Day (no school) Tuesday– A day Wednesday– Late Start B day Thursday– A day (rally schedule) Friday– B day   U.S. History=   . Your 4th Quarter Project on "The Most Influential American" match-ups will take place in class this week! It is vital to your success on this project that you be in class this week!  Here is a  link  to the actual assignment & these are the  forms  that were due last week. Be reading Chapter 17 & 18 in your textbook; we have already many of the topics that come up in those chapters. There will be a Quiz on the two Chapters next week! AP Euro=   . You may turn in your commitment forms for the Board Game Project starting, 6/1. You will be given at least 30 minutes of class time each period (prior to the due date) to work with your group! Use your time wisely.  The project is due Friday, 6/10. I will post a link to the assignment sheet later this week. It's already June?!?!?

This week's schedule: Monday – B day Tuesday– A day Wednesday– Late Start B day Thursday– A day (extended lunch) Friday– B day   U.S. History=   . Be reading Chapter 17 in your textbook; we have already covered several topics that come up in that chapter. Feel free to read ahead in to Chapter 18 as well. Your 4th Quarter Project on "The Most Influential American" will be introduced this week as well. Here is a link to the actual assignment & these are the forms that must be completed and turned in on 5/26 (for A day classes) and 5/27 (for B day classes). 4th Quarter presentations begin on 5/31 & 6/1...you MUST be in class to receive credit for this portion of the project! AP Euro=   . On Tuesday, 5/24 you will be taking the CST Science Test in class (their call, not mine). The ABCs of Culture quiz based on the presentations will be on Thursday, 5/26. We will hopefully finalize plans for your final group project this Thursday as well!

Additionally, your 4th Quarter Project on "The Most Influential American" will be introduced this week as well. Those of you taking AP & IB Exams must communicate in advance when you will be missing class & follow up to get what you have missed.  Your 1960s/Vietnam Era Study Guide (to be completed in your comp books) is due on Tuesday, 5/10 & Wednesday, 5/11. If there is a Study Guide due there is a test that day!  AP Euro=   . Those of yo u taking AP & IB Exams must communicate in advance when you will be missing class & follow up to get what you have missed.  We will recap last week's exam and discuss some of the topics we will be covering in class as we finish out the semester. There may be a film started in class this week.

If you have not started already, please be reading Chapter 16...you will receive a 1960s/Vietnam Era Study Guide in class on Monday & Tuesday to be completed in your composition book. It is due NEXT week! In class this week we will continue looking at Primary Sources & Attitudes about the Vietnam War (part of that is completing the worksheet you started in class lest Thursday & Friday). There will be an Extra Credit assignment given out in class on Monday & Tuesday (depending upon odd or even periods) that is due on Wednesday & Thursday!!! Extra Credit is NOT accepted late (if you miss class...for any reason it is still your responsibility to stop by & pick up what you missed).
