U.S. History=  You have homework due soon!The Chapter 10 & 11 Study Guide & Map Tasks are due Friday, 3/1/13 for odd periods & Monday, 3/4/13 for even periods; you will be taking the Chapter 10 & 11 test on that same day. AP Euro=  The Chapter 26 & 27 Study Guides (and maps) are due on Monday, 3/4/13; we will have our test covering those chapters on the same day. Details about the test review will be shared in class this week. Please be sure that you have completely read both chapters & make an effort to finish the study guides before the night before they are due...then they can actually be used as a study tool rather than just a last minute task to accomplish! A glimpse of D-Day: the American Cemtery at Normandy, Gold Beach, & Pointe du Hoc.

U.S. History=   Don't forget about the Chapter 10 reading quiz this week! A new homework assignment was given out last week in class; this assignment is a study guide & map tasks. This assignment is due Friday, 3/1/13 for odd periods & Monday, 3/4/13 for even periods; you will be taking the Chapter 10 & 11 test on that same day.  AP Euro=  Chapter 26 Reading Quiz in class...today (2/11/13)! Read pages 879-890 for next class; can you believe that our next chapter covers World War I?!? Before the end of the week you will have a Chapter 27 Study Guide and both the Chapter 26 & 27 Study Guides (and maps) are due on Monday, 3/4/13. Additionally we'll be working on some writing in class this week before the break.

Your final grades for the 1st Semester will be posted on-line by late Wednesday evening. To see your grades log in to School Loop & then click on "previous schedule" located under your current schedule and above the calendar portion. Thank you for your patience, allowing me to get the grades finalized! U.S. History=  We are starting the new semester studying World War II. A new homework assignment will be given out at the start of the week in class; this assignment is a study guide & map tasks. This assignment is due Friday, 3/1/13 for odd periods & Monday, 3/4/13 for even periods; you will be taking the Chapter 10 & 11 test on that same day.  AP Euro=  After reviewing a few things from last semester, we will moving on and starting Chapter 26 this week. By the end of the week you will have a new schedule in hand, outlining our agenda up to the AP Euro Exam in May; brace yourself, it's going to go quick!
