YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE TO EARN SOME EXTRA CREDIT...CHECK OUT LAST WEEK'S BLOG POST BELOW! U.S. History=   Expect a quiz on Chapter 3 on 10/27 & 10/28...be reading the chapter in addition to looking over your notes that we have covered in class in order to be prepared!   Your 1st Quarter project was introduced & assigned last week (Native American Tribal Flier) and is due on Tuesday, 11/4 for 2nd period & Wednesday, 11/5 for 1st, 3rd, & 5th periods. Additionally, your 1st Quarter Study Guide is due Wednesday, 11/5 (for 5th period) and Thursday, 11/6 (for 2nd period). A.P. Euro=   Your Chapter 16 & 17 Study Guides (with maps) are both due on Tuesday, 10/28 (test day). Be sure to check your email for updates from me including review links! Expect your first DBQ assignment this week...more info on that in class.

We will continue working on different aspects of writing & introduce DBQs in class this week in preparation for writing your first DBQ (Document Based Question) essay. Your Chapter 16 & 17 Study Guides (with maps) are both due on Tuesday, 10/28. Extra Credit Alert...as mentioned in class here are two options you have to earn extra credit for class to make-up some points or pad your grade a bit. UNFORTUNATELY

U.S. History=  Your 1st Quarter project will be introduced this week (Native American Tribal Flier) and is due on Tuesday, 11/4 for 2nd period & Wednesday, 11/5 for 1st, 3rd, & 5th periods. Expect to see a new Study Guide this week since we are starting Chapter 3! A.P. Euro=   You have a Chapter 16 Vocabulary Quiz on Thursday, 10/16!  Your Chapter 16 Study Guide (with map) was passed out last week and by the end of the week you will also have one for Chapter 17. They are both due on Tuesday, 10/28.

Check out the flier below for info about Wednesday's College & Career Night at the Fairgrounds. U.S. History=   You have a Chapter 2 reading quiz in class on Tuesday, 10/7 & Wednesday, 10/8. Additionally, you should be working on your Chapter 2 Study Guide (to be completed in your composition book and Civil War Map they are due on your test day...Monday, 10/13 (for odd periods) and Wednesday, 10/15 (for even periods). Be sure that you are working on those items now & not waiting until the night before to do all of the work!  A.P. Euro=   You have a Chapter 15 Reading Quiz on Monday, 10/6.   Your Chapter 14 & 15 Study Guides (with maps) are due on the day of your test, which is Wednesday, 10/8! Check your School Loop email for several helpful links to use to help prepare for the test. If you have questions please be sure to ask in advance so I can help you; we will make plans in class on Monday for an "after hours" Chapter 14 & 15 review on Tuesda
