Schedule for Finals Week

A reminder again that Monday 1/29 is a traditional day with NO late start. 1st period begins at 7:45 and students have all 6 periods it will look like this:
1st 7:45 - 8:41
2nd 8:48 - 9:48
Break
3rd 10:05 - 11:01
4th 11:08 - 12:04
Lunch
5th 12:41 - 1:37
6th 1:44 - 2:40
***Not everyone will be done at the same time, therefor come prepared with something to work on quietly after you finish your final. No electronic devices (i.e. cell phones, i-pods, mp3 players, PSP, Gameboys, etc.)!!!

Tuesday Finals will be 1st period from 8:00-10:00 & 4th period from 10:20-12:20.
Wednesday Finals will be 2nd period from 8:00-10:00 & 5th period from 10:20-12:20.
Thursday Finals will be 3rd period from 8:00-10:00 & 6th period from 10:20-12:20.
No school for students on Friday...see you at Winter Formal or on Monday for the start of the new semester!

US= Story boards are due MONDAY (this was an extended deadline)! Your workbook pages (listed in the previous post) are due Tuesday, 5/27 (for 1st, 3rd, & 5th periods) and Wednesday, 5/28 (for 6th period)...you will also have a test that day on Chapters 17 & 18. PacRim/IR= Your questions sheet on HIV/AIDS is due Monday. We will have a Quest on Disease this week...plan on having it Wednesday. This Friday the agencies you voted to give grants to are back for the presentation of those grants; we will talk more about that in class this week.

This week's Schedule: Monday– Labor Day, no school Tuesday – A day Wednesday– Late Start B day Thursday– A day Friday– B day U.S. History=   Please work on completing the United States Map worksheet that was given out on class.  There will be a U.S. Map Quiz next week (Wednesday, 9/16 for odd periods & Thursday, 9/17 for even periods).  We will be checking out textbooks and jumping in to some early American history this week.  Be sure that you get a College Ruled Composition Book to have just for our class by next Monday (9/14).  A.P. This week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start A  day Tuesday – Assembly Schedule B day Wednesday– A day Thursday– B day Friday– A day U.S. History=   Your Research paper topic (not a single word or phrase, but a FOCUSED TOPIC) needs to be submitted via the Google form here: Research Paper Topic Form (due 10/22 & 10/23) You must login with your school id (example 654321@nmusd.us) Your Tribal Expert Group Task, started in class on Monday & Tuesday, is due this week on Wednesday & Thursday.  Here is the Tribal Expert Group assignment sheet for that task.
