It's almost the end of the semester!

US= You have your 2nd Quarter Study Guide due on Wednesday, 1/26 (for odd periods) or Thursday, 1/27 (for even periods). On that same day you will be taking part 1 of your 2 part final. We will be taking time to review & prepare for finals this week!

Sociology= Tuesday will be spent covering the Institution of Government & perhaps starting Religion. On Thursday we will wrap up religion and use the rest of our time during the week to prepare for the final (more details will be shared in class).

This week's Schedule: Monday– Labor Day, no school Tuesday – A day Wednesday– Late Start B day Thursday– A day Friday– B day U.S. History=   Please work on completing the United States Map worksheet that was given out on class.  There will be a U.S. Map Quiz next week (Wednesday, 9/16 for odd periods & Thursday, 9/17 for even periods).  We will be checking out textbooks and jumping in to some early American history this week.  Be sure that you get a College Ruled Composition Book to have just for our class by next Monday (9/14).  A.P. This week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start A  day Tuesday – Assembly Schedule B day Wednesday– A day Thursday– B day Friday– A day U.S. History=   Your Research paper topic (not a single word or phrase, but a FOCUSED TOPIC) needs to be submitted via the Google form here: Research Paper Topic Form (due 10/22 & 10/23) You must login with your school id (example 654321@nmusd.us) Your Tribal Expert Group Task, started in class on Monday & Tuesday, is due this week on Wednesday & Thursday.  Here is the Tribal Expert Group assignment sheet for that task.
