U.S. History=
- Please be reading Chapters 17 & 18 in your textbook at home as we continue to look at political & Social issues of the 1970s in class.
- There will be a 1970s Quiz in class on Tuesday, 5/21 & Wednesday, 5/22.
- Last week you a new study guide was passed out.
- Here is a link to that study guide. Numbers 1-19 pertain to the 1970s & can help you prepare for the quiz.
- The actual due date for this study guide is TBD (to be determined).
- Additionally, please be working on your 4th Quarter Project research for "The Most Influential American” project that was introduced last week.
AP Euro=
- Please have a rough draft of your research question ready to turn in on Monday.
- I will be giving each of you feedback on the question you have created & can help you if you are stuck.
- Don't forget that you can use the "Question Starter" handout to help you craft a question based off of a topic you picked.
- The first half of class on Wednesday will be set aside to use the online databases search for appropriate articles.
- You will also be instructed on how to electronically save the articles from the on-line databases with the proper MLA8 citations.
- By Friday's class you should have 5 appropriate articles that would help you develop an outline to answer your research question.
- This process will be explained step by step. The only thing to worry about right now is finding 5 articles.
FYI...Saturday, May 18th was Armed Forces Day & Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day.
