Hey folks...I do send e-mails via School Loop! If you don't ever check you School Loop you are defeating the whole purpose of having it!

US= We are wrapping up our unit on the Cold War & the 50s this week which means there is homework due & you have a test (broken into two parts). Be sure to be reading up in your textbook so you don't fall behind (chapters 12 & 13).

Sociology= Quiz #4 on Tuesday, 3/29 and Unit 2 Test on Thursday, 3/31. Your only homework this week is to study!

This week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start B  day Tuesday – A day Wednesday– B day Thursday– A day Friday–  B day U.S. History=   You will be receiving instruction in class this week about researching for your paper & finding 5 appropriate articles to use in writing your paper. You will have 1 week to collect your 5 articles, after the time that is given  in class to get started. Your 5 articles are due 11/13 & 11/14. Beyond that you will have one additional week to complete the annotated bibliography. The procedures for doing both will be explained in class. This Week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start A  day Tuesday –   B day  Wednesday– A day Thursday– B day (Back to School Night) Friday– Minimum A day U.S. History=   The Chapter 1 Test is on Monday, 9/23 (odd periods) & Tuesday, 9/24 (even periods)...your comp book with completed timeline & study guide are due on your test day.  Look at last week's post for more review items. Comp books will be returned as soon as possible, but it will probably be the end of this week or even early next week. This week's Schedule: Monday–  Late Start  A day Tuesday – B day Wednesday–   A day Thursday– Rally Schedule B day Friday– A day U.S. History=   2nd & 3rd periods: Please bring your composition book to class with you on Monday, 1/8 & Tuesday, 1/9.  Due on Wednesday, 1/10 & Thursday, 1/11 is the Chapter 7 & 8 Study Guide (that was given out the week of 12/11/17, here is a  link  to a digital copy; there are two pages). That too should be completed in your comp book & be prepared for a small test that day on those 2 chapters.
