U.S. History= 
  • Please bring your note packet with you to class this week; we will be wrapping up Chapter 9 notes on the New Deal & Life in the 1930s before reviewing for your final in class.
  • You will need your comp book with you in class on Tuesday & Wednesday this week.
  • The Chapter 7 & 8 Study Guide (that was given out in class on 12/12 & 12/13 here is a link to a digital copy; there are two pages) is due on 1/17 & 1/18.
    •  That should be completed in your comp book; there will be a short test in class that same day.
    • To be clear...your comp book with the completed Chapter 7 & 8 Study Guide is due on 1/17 & 1/18.
  • Here is a link to a copy of the last Study Guide for the semester covering Chapter 9; it is due on your final day, but there may be a Chapter 9 Quiz before our final. 
A.P. Euro= 
  • Your Chapter 25 Study Guide & journal readings (to be completed in your comp book) are due on Wednesday, 1/16.
  • We will be covering Chapter 24 in the coming week & reviewing to prepare for your final that will be modeled after an actual AP Exam. 
    • The first part of your final will be an in-class essay on Friday, 1/25.
    • The second part will be on your respective final day & will include both a multiple choice section & short answer questions covering Chapters 12-25.
    • More info will be shared this week in class.

This week's Schedule: Monday– Labor Day, no school Tuesday – A day Wednesday– Late Start B day Thursday– A day Friday– B day U.S. History=   Please work on completing the United States Map worksheet that was given out on class.  There will be a U.S. Map Quiz next week (Wednesday, 9/16 for odd periods & Thursday, 9/17 for even periods).  We will be checking out textbooks and jumping in to some early American history this week.  Be sure that you get a College Ruled Composition Book to have just for our class by next Monday (9/14).  A.P. This week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start A  day Tuesday – Assembly Schedule B day Wednesday– A day Thursday– B day Friday– A day U.S. History=   Your Research paper topic (not a single word or phrase, but a FOCUSED TOPIC) needs to be submitted via the Google form here: Research Paper Topic Form (due 10/22 & 10/23) You must login with your school id (example 654321@nmusd.us) Your Tribal Expert Group Task, started in class on Monday & Tuesday, is due this week on Wednesday & Thursday.  Here is the Tribal Expert Group assignment sheet for that task. This week's Schedule: Monday– Late Start B  day Tuesday – A day Wednesday– B day Thursday– A day Friday–  B day U.S. History=   You will be receiving instruction in class this week about researching for your paper & finding 5 appropriate articles to use in writing your paper. You will have 1 week to collect your 5 articles, after the time that is given  in class to get started. Your 5 articles are due 11/13 & 11/14. Beyond that you will have one additional week to complete the annotated bibliography. The procedures for doing both will be explained in class.
